Flower Catalogue App - UX case study
Project Overview

Develop an innovative flower catalogue app tailored for a trendy florist, aiming to revolutionize the floral shopping experience. This user-centric mobile platform will seamlessly showcase and offer the latest in floral design trends, simplifying selection, purchase, and fostering engagement to elevate the overall customer experience.
The Problem

In the current floral shopping experience, finding trendy arrangements is difficult due to a lack of a user-friendly app. Navigating and purchasing flowers is not as seamless as it could be. Our project aims to solve this by creating an easy-to-use flower catalogue app, providing a smoother and more enjoyable shopping process for user.
The Goal

Designing an intuitive user interface, implementing personalized recommendation features, optimizing the checkout process for ease of use, and incorporating elements that encourage customer loyalty.
User Pain Points

1. Limited Selection: Users may feel frustrated when they cannot find the specific flowers or arrangements they desire for their occasion or recipient.
2. Uncertainty in Quality: Users may be hesitant to purchase flowers online due to concerns about freshness, quality, and how the bouquet will appear upon delivery.
3. Inconvenient Purchasing: A cumbersome checkout process, unclear pricing, or limited payment options can deter users from completing their purchase.
4. Delivery Concerns: Users may worry about the reliability of delivery services, including timing, condition upon arrival, and the ability to include personalized messages or instructions.
